Annie Johnson, SSTC’s lead speech and language therapist and principal course-content developer, will return to Cambodia to help launch the new university course on Adult Dysphagia Management to be offered this October by the University of Puthisastra. For the past year, Annie has been overseeing the development of course materials from her home in London.
Annie will be coming to Cambodia to work with SSTC from October through December 2023 in her role as course developer. In that role, Annie will take the lead in providing online and in-person lectures and workshops in the program lecture series. Annie will work closely with SSTC Course Coordinator Kathy Jakielski to ensure that the new university course is rolling out well and that all is on track.
Annie will then leave SSTC to serve from January through March 2024 as one of two Rotary-funded volunteer SLP clinical supervisors.
