Rotary District 5150 of the San Francisco Bay Area has named Betsy Chafcouloff as Rotarian of the Month for April 2025 for her leadership in the Rotary International global grant for Adult Dysphagia Management Training in Cambodia, in collaboration with SSTC and the University of Puthisastra.
According to the award announcement, this Rotary-funded program “has significantly improved the quality of life for individuals in Cambodia, ensuring access to critical care and sustainable training for local healthcare professionals.”
“By training local practitioners in dysphagia management, Betsy has helped create a lasting impact, equipping healthcare providers with the knowledge and skills needed to continue supporting their communities.”
